People in my neighborhood suck...a lot

So as I'm going home, I come up to a street that's about 2.5 lanes wide. One lane space is taken up by parked cars. Some dickwad delivering pizza was parked taking up .8 of a lane (in a grey Hyundai Accent).

I see the guy at the door, so I roll down my window and say, "Excuse me sir, could you please move your car?" It's worth noting at this point that there's a perfectly good parking spot 2 cars up.

He proceeds to say, "Everyone else was able to get by."

At this point, I say, "Look, my car is in no way thin enough to get through this gap."

He finally goes and moves his car down after blocking the path of 4 cars. It's also worth noting that he didn't pull in to one of the several parking spots 2 cars forward, but into the driveway of some random neighbor.

I wanted to scream.
